Responding to COVID-19 In Oregon

With several thousand COVID-19 cases confirmed in Oregon and many people continuing to shelter in place, this continues to be a very challenging time for our nonprofit partners and the people and communities they serve. We recognize this has created hardships for many Oregonians, and we are continuing to respond to this difficult and evolving situation.

Our goal is to continue doing everything we can to support the health and wellbeing of Oregonians. To that end, we are endeavoring to be as flexible and adaptive as possible for the foreseeable future. If you are a current grantee and COVID-19 has increased the demand for services, created new challenges for your organization, made fulfilling the objectives of your grant impractical, or extended your program or reporting timelines, please reach out to our new grants manager, Leann Do, at ldo@collinsfoundation.org.

To facilitate social distancing, our staff will be working remotely until further notice, and the Foundation’s office will continue to be closed during this time. Contact information for our staff is listed here. We continue to avoid business travel and conduct all meetings by phone or video conference.

We continue to work with our foundation colleagues and our board of trustees to address and respond to the areas of greatest need in Oregon.
