The Collins Foundation is seeking a Program Officer to bring strong community relationships, creativity, and organizational development savvy to the Foundation's growing grantmaking team. The Program Officer's core responsibilities include: developing relationships with nonprofits, funders, and other community partners; conducting grantmaking activities; looking for opportunities to strengthen nonprofit organizational effectiveness, support innovation and collaboration, and build capacity for change; and working with others to enhance the Foundation’s responsiveness, relevance, and effectiveness in Oregon. This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) exempt position based out of The Collins Foundation's office in Portland. The compensation package for this position includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as very generous retirement benefits. Salary range is $68,000 - $74,000 annually depending on experience.
