The Collins Foundation is seeking a community engagement fellow to lead community outreach, organize learning opportunities, and launch a new special initiative.
This position is offered in partnership with the Momentum Fellowship Program at Philanthropy NW. It is designed to prepare professionals from underrepresented communities, particularly communities of color, for careers in philanthropy and to increase the diversity of perspectives in the sector. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of nonprofit programmatic experience, preferably in Oregon, and an interest in working in philanthropy.
The position is a 24-month, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position located in Portland, Oregon. The compensation for this position comes with medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as very generous retirement benefits. Salary range is $68,000 - $74,000 annually depending on experience.
